Slightly different (and a little less scary) than earlier images leaked online last Autumn, Louise Goldin’s first footwear collection for Topshop is still tough, edgy, and very much inspired by the shoes seen on her Spring 2010 runway collection in London. The Nineties-style stiletto with combinations of studs and crystals on the heel and toe will be available in shades of black, cream, gold, and rose. According to Goldin, the pastel colors and crystals offer a bit of opulence and glamour that balance the spiked, fierce studs. The shoes will be available online February 5.

Designer Günther Thöny gives us a look at one of the most well rounded beds especially if technology is your thing. This Lomme egg shaped “sleeping pod” comes equipped with built in lights, a sound system, and an iPod dock so you can drift off to sleep with your favorite music.
The “Sonic Bed” by designer and composer Kaffe Matthews. The high perch may even help you hide away for a quick power nap while listening to your favorite music thanks to speakers and six large subwoofers within the bed frame that literally surround you with music.
